Delete Your Account & Data
You have the right to permanently delete your Wizpend account and all associated financial data at any time.
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend exporting a backup of your financial data before proceeding.
Option 1: Delete In the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account and all data immediately. Available in the Wizpend app.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down and tap Privacy.
Profile → PrivacyBefore deleting, you can export your financial records. This is your last chance to save your data.
Under Your Privacy Controls, tap the red Request Data Deletion option.
Profile → Privacy → Request Data DeletionYou will be asked to enter your Wizpend password to confirm the deletion. This is a required security step.
All your data is removed from our servers immediately. You will be automatically signed out.
If you have an active premium subscription, it is linked to your Apple / Google account, not your Wizpend account. You can restore it anytime after creating a new account using Restore Purchases in the Subscription screen.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the Wizpend app or prefer to submit a written request, email us and we will manually process your deletion within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers:
Receipt images are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. They will be removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data on your device.
